How we back it up: A full refund within 30 days.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our services within the first 30 days, just let us know by
sending an e-mail to sales@sparknetcreative.com and
we'll give you a full refund.
Guarantee period ends exactly 30 calendar days from the date on which your account
was originally activated. In the event of an Acceptable Use or Abuse violation, this guarantee is void.
Guarantee only covers hosting fees; domain registrations, SSL certificates, and other services are not
covered under this particular guarantee.
How we back it up: Service credits to your account.
Our job is to keep your site online. If your site's not online, you're not getting the service you
paid for... so why should you pay for it?
We calculate service credits as follows (in downtime per month):
- 3:30 - 7:15 (99.5% - 99.0% uptime) - 5% credit
- 7:15 - 14:30 (99% - 98% uptime) - 10% credit
- 14:30 - 1.5 days (98% - 95% uptime) - 15% credit
- Greater than 1.5 days (less than 95% uptime) - 100% credit
Service credits will be issued to your sparkNet account and will be automatically
applied to future invoices. No refunds will be issued as a result of downtime. Uptime guarantee does
not include downtime outside of our control, including but not limited to: upstream network outages,
Internet backbone congestion or failures, outages caused by acts of God, and facility power failures.
Your account must be in good standing and not in violation of our Acceptable Use policy or Terms of
Service.
How we back it up: Service credits to your account.
Besides keeping your site up and running, we have one other job - helping you make the most of your
services. That starts with answering your questions promptly.
Any support request that is submitted through our specified support channels
is guaranteed to receive a response within 24 hours. This doesn't mean that your response will take
24 hours; normally, we handle most requests quickly after they are submitted.
If you haven't gotten a response in 24 hours, you get a $5 credit on your account. Guaranteed.
Our support response guarantee does not guarantee resolution within 24 hours; merely
a response from a human (non-automated response). Total credits in a given month cannot exceed 100% of
customer's hosting fees for the account in question.
