A website is never complete... keeping it up-to-date with the latest information is an important part of making your website a continued success. sparkNet includes a maintenance agreement with all of our website design plans, and can also take over maintenance services for any website. Maintenance includes updating graphics, pictures, or text content already on the website. Depending on the site, it may also include adding or removing pages. For sites designed by sparkNet, full details on what will be considered maintenance will be included in your project proposal. Most maintenance requests are usually completed within one working day of the initial request. On-Demand Maintenance If you don't need regular, consistent updates, our On-Demand Maintenance lowers your costs while still providing prompt, efficient service. Updates are billed at $40/hour, pro-rated to the quarter hour with a one-hour minimum charge per month. Established customers can be billed on Net 30 terms; new customers are required to pre-pay in order to establish an account. Maintenance Agreements For those with more predictable and consistent maintenance requests, a Maintenance Agreement provides a way to balance your costs and save some money. Pricing varies based on the site and how often the site is expected to be updated, and charges are billed quarterly or monthly depending on the amount. |
